Values are converted to euro by dividing the local currency with the yearly average of the local currency in euro (all countries except Finland). For Greenland, this is calculated using the exchange rates in PRIC02. The remaining countries are calculated by KELA.

Target population: Full-time students at tertiary level or above, living independently (not with parents).
