Health Behaviour in School-aged Children (HBSC) is a World Health Organization collaborative cross-national survey on adolescent health and well-being. The survey is conducted every fourth or fifth year. The number of participating countries has varied from about 35 to 45 in the period 2001 - 2018. In 2018, about 240,000 children participated in the survey.

Young people were asked how many times during the last 12 months they had been involved in a physical fight. Response options ranged from none to four times or more. Findings presented here show the proportions who reported fighting at least once in the past 12 months.

The statistics in this matrix have been calculated with microdata from HBSC.
